TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been despatched, you can review your order via the 'View My Order Status' login section where you will find your Australia Post Tracking ID and a link to the Australia Post Tracking Website

  5. TAS = 7-12 business days

INSURANCE?

At the point of reviewing your shopping cart, you can select if you wish to take out insurance against loss or damaged during shipping.

Taking insure will also cover you for the free return of any items you may change your mind about.

This option must be taken up within 48 hours of recieving your order.

Please note that if you choose to not take out insurance and your package is lost or damaged in transit, LuggageGear does not accept responsibility or liability for the damage or loss. We will certainly however, assist in any way we can regarding contacting the freight company.

We will always assist our customers in any way possible in dealing with manufacturers or Australia Post with regards to warranty or damage claims. Please call us with regards to any problems or questions you have at anytime.

HINT:

Shipping is calculated by weight and it doesn't take much to make it worth raising your order to over the minimum just for the free shipping! An accessory here or there can actually save you money!
